1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACTS
Medieval Merchant is part of the Iron Fortress Group.
Iron Fortress America Inc., referred to as "we", "our", or "the company", reserves the right to correct any misprints regarding pricing on our online store. A binding contract between you and the company is concluded when we accept your order and send you a shipment confirmation via email. An order receipt, which you receive immediately after placing the order, is not a binding order confirmation. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card to shop on our website, www.medievalmerchant.com. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Depending on your region, we accept multiple currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, and DKK. The price applicable to your purchase is the one displayed at the time of order. Any customs or import duties charged after the order reaches its destination will be paid by the company unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made via PayPal or major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, Union Pay, and American Express. Payment is processed upon shipping of your order. Pre-orders are charged only when the items are ready for shipment. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
3. VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS
3.1 Vouchers (Discount Codes)
Vouchers, or discount codes, provide percentage-based or fixed discounts and can be used during checkout by entering the unique code. Vouchers are subject to the following terms:
Terms for Vouchers:
- Expiration and Validity: Vouchers expire on the date stated in promotional materials and will not be accepted after this date. This complies with U.S. law by clearly stating the expiration period.
- Limitations: Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless explicitly stated. They are for single-use only and may not be transferred or resold.
- Misuse: Unauthorized sharing or misuse of vouchers may result in cancellation of the order and legal action.
- Right to Modify: We reserve the right to change or withdraw any voucher without prior notice.
3.2 Promotions (Temporary Sales)
Promotions are temporary discounts applied automatically at checkout. They are subject to the following terms:
- Duration: Promotions are valid for a limited time, after which regular prices will apply.
- Non-Stackable: Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Exclusions: Some products may not be eligible, including Gift Cards, Battle Bundles, Scavenger Boxes, and 2nd Quality Gear.
- Right to Modify: The company reserves the right to change or end promotions without notice.
4. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark, and may also be fulfilled by local partners in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or North America to expedite delivery. Shipping is handled via UPS, and delivery times vary by destination.
Orders are typically shipped within two business days, though delays may occur. We pay all necessary customs taxes or fees related to shipping. Deliveries require a signature, so packages cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes or Drop-off points.
5. IMPORT FEES AND TAX
The company reserves the right to:
- Reject orders from countries other than the delivery destination.
- Require a signature for deliveries, ensuring proper handover of the parcel.
- Merge shipments if multiple orders are placed for the same location unless otherwise specified.
- Cancel payments and deliveries for out-of-stock items.
- Split orders and ship different items from our network of distributors if necessary.
6. RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to retain proof of postage. Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card).
6.1 HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
- Please download our Return Form in pdf. format below, fill and return. Remember to mark the checkbox on either RETURN or DEFECT. Send the form to info@medievalmerchant.com.
- Once received, we will respond with information on returning the product. You must cover the expenses of shipping the product back to our warehouse. For our convenience, we appreciate it if you also fill out the physical form enclosed in your order parcel and include it in your return parcel.
- The Return must be delivered at the address, not a drop-off point or packing box.
