Epic Armoury's Hirdsman Sword is part of the Vanguard collection and draws inspiration from the swords used by the Hirdsmen, the armed groups of kings during the Viking Age in Scandinavia. It features a compact grip and intricately carved designs. The handle is crafted from polyurethane with detailed sculpting to resemble wood reinforced with metal, ensuring comfort and a secure grip for the wielder. The blade is constructed from closed-cell polyurethane foam and painted to achieve a lifelike appearance. Unlike many other LARP weapons, those in the Vanguard line require minimal maintenance, primarily checking for any signs of wear or damage, such as cuts or breaks.
