Technical Details
The Dark Red Noble Leather Couter from Epic Armoury is a set of elbow guards made of quality leather. You can rely on this armour to keep you fighting since it is moulded and cut to offer outstanding protection to the entire elbow and part of the arm. The most striking aspect of these couters is the extraordinary attention to detail with the scalloped leather, red velvet border, and silky leatherwork. These armour components are made of tough full-grain leather and can easily survive the strains of LARP or reenactment with regular leather care. Each of the Noble Leather Couters is secured by a single leather strap. Using brass eyelets, the couter can also be fastened to a gambeson or shirt. These couters will add some class to any outfit, whether worn alone or with a complete set of armour.

Maintenance
Natural leather products are very durable, but require regular maintenance with leather care products to stay flexible and to increase life-time. Make sure your leather products are kept dry when stored. Let wet leather dry naturally before treating. If frequently wet and dry, increase frequency of maintenance.
The velvet used in this product is soft to the touch. This material also has a “wrong” and “right” side, whereas only the outside of the garment appears plush.
Cleaning
Clean by removing dirt with a hard brush, then gently rub on leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather appears clean. Remove soap with a separate damp cloth to wipe away any soap residue and then use a dry cloth to wipe away any remaining water from the leather.
Velvet should be brushed and spot cleaned using warm water.
Conditioning
You should always condition leather after cleaning, since the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax polish with a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or polish in circles into the leather. Allow the leather to soak in the oil before wiping the leather with a final clean cloth to remove any excess residue.
